Ho shit.

I was all prepared to write a post about the awesome sex i have (no really!) but i just found something out that makes me feel too shitty to write about awesome sex.

Instead heres some stuff thats going on:

1. i am mildly addicted to twitter now. I never scoffed like so many, but I was definitely not on the bandwagon for a while. In the last week I have become very dependant on it due in large part to the lovely ladies I have met through it. (and i mean that both figuratively and literally – there are some awesome hot mamas out there!)

2. ive decided to take a giant scary risk and go to VEGAS for the Birthday Bash in december. (Who else is going?) Im both very excited and really terrified about it, partially because im generally pretty shy in person and im not good at meeting new people.

3. i signed up for the When Pills Aren’t Enough Session 2! There will be a FANTASTIC guest post next wednesday for you to read! No really!

4. Ive started exersicing more regularly and with a purpose. Ive also started eating a little better. I wrote A LOT better but its not really true. Its just a little. Im being more aware of portion size too. I dont feel FAT per se, I just feel bigger than I want to be. Im at the top of the healthy BMI so Im trying to even it out. Miss Grace suggested a video that im planning on trying out at home and Jesse and I are trying out a gym membership. (Hes feeling fat and sassy as well.)

    3. Ooh, a new participant! Yay! I have NO clue what I’m going to write about this time (although I may have *something* after this weekend… blarg).
    4. I need to work on portion size, as well as recognizing when I’m full (and cancelling my subscription to the Clear Plate Club). Which video did the lovely Miss Grace suggest?

    • Im currently using this kickboxing yoga fusion one (more kickboxing, less yoga) with Patricia Moreno and i find it really is working though its EXHAUSTING in a good way. However she doesnt explain very well so the first few times are really frustrating to try and work out what she wants you to do. Grace suggested the 30 day shred video. Shes currently using it and i found it cheap so im going to try it out.

      i love exercising when I have TIME and a reason to get to it and im doing my best to stick with it. I had cookies for breakfast though. Hopefully it evens out :)
